Γύρισα κομμάτια απ' τη δουλειά και προτίμησα να δώσω βάση στη γκουρμεδιά με τα μανιτάρια. Η σαλάτα δυστυχώς ετοιματζήδικη, καθώς είμαι κι εργένης τούτο το διάστημα, εξού και το μαρούλι. Ήταν τίμια πάντως, με το βαλσαμικο/μουσταρδα.

τι ακριβώς παίζει με τα μαρούλια και τις ρόκες το καλοκαίρι;
Κι εδώ τελειώνει η φάση.
Είναι εκτός εποχής άρα θερμοκηπίου και αν κρίνοντας από την εμφάνιση είναι η ετοιματζίδικη σαλάτα στο ψυγείο σουπερμαρκετ τότε έχει πιο πολλά χημικά από μεταλλαγμένο μπιφτέκι McDonalds.

Τίποτα ιδιαίτερο, πέραν του ότι ειναι εκτός εποχής. Αυτό πάλι, δε σημαίνει κάτι από μόνο του, γιατί μπορείς να βρεις και πολύ ποιοτικά προϊόντα θερμοκηπίου. Αυτό που έφαγα εγώ, ήταν όντως τους σουκεμάκετ, όχι για πέταμα, αλλά εκτός εποχής. Έχει δίκιο ο Κρουξ, αλλά αν δεν έχεις το κουράγιο μετά από τη δουλειά και τα ψώνια να πας και στο μανάβικο, τσιμπάς μια τέτοια και γίνεται η δουλειά σου.
