Κατ αρχην η ομας προχωρησε στην προσθηκη του center back Luke Wilkinson o οποιος ερχεται απ τους reserves της Portsmouth, 19 χρονων, και με παρα πολυ καλες εμφανισεις στους reserves της Πρεμιερ, οπως λενε τα ρεπορταζ.
Αγορασε επισης και τον νεαρο αριστερο μπακ Φεμι, μαλλον για να φερνει το τσαι στον παγκο, απ οσο καταλαβα.


η Νταγκεναμ κερδισε σε φιλικο 1-0 τη Νοριτς (!) αποδειξη οτι η Ιστορια μας συνεχιζεται.
σε κανα 20μερο, ξερετε.

όχι ότι θα μας έκανε εντύπωση αλλά ένα μείγμα από reserves, ανήλικους και οι γιοι της τύπισσας που έχει την καντίνα έξω από το σπίτι του ΖΙΛ ΓΚΡΙΜΑΝΤΙ, κέρδισαν το συμπαθές σωματείο σας 2-1. το συμπαθές σωματείο σας φορούσε πράσινα, να ποιοι είστε κτλ. βγάλατε και κανά φράγκο υποθέτω, 2000 εισιτήρια λέει.

το γηπεδο τους ειναι κοκκινο, ο κοσμος θα σκαει με τις κοκκινες φανελες και τα κασκολ, και αυτοι αποφασισαν να εχουν 1η εμφανιση με πρασινα.

Dear Sir,


My full name is Dimitris Kranidiotis, I come from Athens, Greece and I am a Dagenham and Redbridge FC fan since 2003 a support which came to its peak when i was able to travel to London last May, and watched with almost childish astonishment the great performance against Morecambe, a 6-0 win which gave our team the ticket to the historic final, which i really regret i couldnt be on a Wembley stand.

I m truly happy for the team's achievement, and i m looking forward to travel to Victoria Road again this year.

But when i saw today in your official site, the article about the new shirt change, i couldnt feel nothing less than surprise and disappointment. In my opinion, i believe that the colours and the badge of a team, are the traditional "keepers" of the team's history throughout the years, no matter how short is this history.
I can not understand why this decision was taken, to change the colours of the kit, to an entirely different colour, when the stands in Victoria Road are painted red, the fans have for years now, the red and blue skarfs, the team's badge is based on a red and blue pattern, i believe that the colours of a football team, is something that a fan IS tied up with, and a change to an entire different colour, is something that might actually drive many fans to a more neutral status to the team.

I don't know if this has anything to do with financial decisions or plannings for the new season, but i really hope, at least next year, to return to the traditional red-based colours of this team.
