QUEENSRYCHE To Release Live DVD In March

According to a posting at www.queensryche.com , QUEENSRYCHE will be issuing a DVD, entitled "The Art of Live", on March 24. The disc will reportedly contain "live and backstage footage and some special extras." No further information is available at this time.

As previously reported, QUEENSRYCHE have confirmed the following European dates in June:

Jun. 09 - Rock City - Nottingham, UK
Jun. 10 - Astoria Theater - London, UK
Jun. 13 - Arrow Rock Festival - Lichtenvoorde, NETH
Jun. 15 - Bang Your Festival - Balingen, GER
Jun. 16 - Petofi Hall - Budapest, HUN

QUEENSRYCHE's last studio album, "Tribe", was released in July through Sanctuary Records. A DVD-A edition of "Tribe" arrived in November.

Sanctuary Records have postponed the release of the new QUEENSRŸCHE DVD, "The Art of Live", to April 6 from the previously announced March 24. No reason was given for the delay. "The Art of Live" was filmed in summer and fall 2003 on QUEENSRŸCHE's tour promoting the Sanctuary studio album "Tribe". The summer tour was a co-headlining run with DREAM THEATER.

Vocalist Geoff Tate, guitarist Michael Wilton, guitarist Mike Stone, bass guitarist Eddie Jackson and drummer Scott Rockenfield perform QUEENSRŸCHE classics, the finest "Tribe" songs and a cover encore of THE WHO's "Won't Get Fooled Again", featuring DREAM THEATER.
